[0.17.5] After loading a game, the player's production queue will only show the first stack of items (prompts to expand)

Steps to reporoduce:

1) Start any production from the player's inventory which queues more than one component to be made.
2) Save the game
3) Quit to menu
4) Load game

The queue will only show the first item and prompt you to expand the list, even if the queue isn't long enough to naturally collapse.
