[0.17.3][keybind] Double key usage of Numpad +/- not possible

There is a minor but nasty bug with Numpad +/-. By default they are set to +/- tiles.

Beside enlarging tiles I'm usually picking up stuff with Numpad+. In recent versions that was not a problem.

I assume the "bug" is related to the +/- tiles. Removing the binding tiles enlargement from the Numpad+ button AND assigning two commands to Numpad+ works fine. Tried it with "Walk left" and "Pick up" and it works fine.
