spelling error

i belive its spelled Breaking, small error i know but still... devil is in the details ;) :D

No, "braking" is correct; it's what you do with "brakes": decelerate -- make something slower or let it even fully stop.
A good mod deserves a good changelog. Here's a tutorial (WIP) about Factorio's way too strict changelog syntax!
