[0.17.38] Filter Deconstruction planner does not delete curved rail

I found that when you use a filtered deconstruction planner the curved rails are not marked or removed.

I laid out a normal straight rail and added a curved section to it and found the rails would not completely delete.


If you use the deconstruction planner not filtered all the rails are removed correctly.
