[0.17.38] starting up factorio on MacOS gives an error and stops the game.

Hi there,

I've recently got the game and played just on 0.16.51
But later i discovered that there was 0.17.38 and then started it up but it gave this error everytime exactly at 95% upon the game loading:

86.022 Error Util.cpp:83: Value must be a list or dictionary in property tree at ROOT.controls
