[0.17.46] Crash on load - Error: Specifying multiple group flags is invalid: "icon", "low-object"

Just started happening after updating to 0.17.46 through Steam. On the loading screen it gets to "Building sprite atlas" just after the mods have loaded and then the error occurs. Never makes it to main menu.

I tried disabling various mods but it had no effect. Log file attached.

UPDATE: So I deleted my mods folder and reinstalled each mod individually in game. Now it's working properly. Haven't been able to identify which mod was causing the problem, but the only one I didn't reinstall was Helmod.
