Anything i do VSync is out of control.
Even setting up nVidia-settings don't work. Sometimes it seems to work but then VSync don't work, no matter if active in game or only active in nVidia-setting.

In 0.17.48, there will be graphics option "Use flip presentation model", which will be enabled by default. Disabling it should fix the issue for you.
