[0.17.47] Reproduceable crash 1 minute after loading game

After updating to 0.17.47 I loaded my save game.
About 1 minute later, Factorio crashed.

I've now tried this 3 times and it happened the exact same every time, always after about 1 minute.

My save is 243mb:

No player action was needed to reproduce this, it just crashed on its own.
I've now loaded the save in 0.17.45 and 10 mins later it has not crashed yet, so this seems to be a newly introduced issue in either .46 or .47.
