Experimental versions in Steam for OSX?

Experimental versions in Steam for OSX?

I have the latest 0.17 on my PC, but I can't opt-in to experimental releases on my mac because the Beta Opt-in dropdown is empty on my mac.

I tried restarting Steam and I have installed the 0.16 version already. I notice that there is a 0.17 version for Mac on the Factorio site, so it seems to exist in theory at least.

Is that expected, or am I missing something?

This seems to be resolved with today's Steam update!
