[0.17.52] Splitters with output priority blocking
I've upgraded from 0.16 to the experimental 0.17.52 and some of my prioritised splitters appear to have blocked up. The screenshot attached shows one of them: the right hand lane should be passing the circuits through to the belt above but is just stopped against the splitter. Another one (similar layout/prioritisation) further down the lanes isn't passing either lane, just completely stopping the belt.
