[0.17.53] Minor typo in graphics settings tooltip

Seems silly to make a whole new thread for a simple typo, but I will anyway. See this tooltip for Video memory usage:

Low VRAM mode doesn't exist anymore, as it was replaced by texture streaming. Just thought I'd let someone know!

Thanks for the report. I want to replace video memory usage with little bit more understandable setting, and didn't want to change current texts around, which would cause to invalidate translations we have for it.
