[0.17.69] Landfill not consistent in views

[0.17.69] Landfill not consistent in views

i updated from [0.17.64] to [0.17.69]. the landfill looks like brown dirt when walking and zoomed in via map view, but when not zoomed in enough to see detail on the map it still shows as green grass.
