I had an error while decompressing the file "MS Windows (64 bit zip package)" downloaded on https://www.factorio.com/download

I can reproduce the issue with a fresh download.

I supposed you mean you can't...
Anyway this this i downloaded with Edge (
) and it works. No error.Previously i downloaded with Chrome

Should be fixed now
The release was corrupted on only one of the content servers.
We have fixed the version on the server
So you will just need to download the game again
