[MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
Re: [MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
He has a clause in his license about abandonment and non-responsiveness on the forums so I don't feel bad about posting this. I have made the changes suggested by 3153nh0w3r and updated the version and base mod requirements. I have been using for a couple of days now.

I've made the changes myself, just wanted to make sure it was ok to redistribute that.

Looks like the author has not updated in 2 months. This new incompatibility looks a touch harder than just renaming an entity. Does anyone have time to look at it?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Re: [MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
Weirdly, this started loading again. I didn't update the game beyond 17.42. (At time of writing, this was current version.) Note, Bob's plates would not load either and I did not load an update for that. However I did update Angel's smelting and it all came back to life. I can only assume a link there.

some bug reported by korean user woongbi64 : Modifiing startup Setting 'my_running_speed_factor' value to non-default will crash 'player' error in BigBags 1.0.30 "data-final-fixes.lua"

I am also experiencing this issue. Have tried fiddling with the settings quite a bit but have not managed to repair it. Works fine with default run speed.
Re: [MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
I also get the error when setting a non-default running speed. Currently using Factorio 0.17.50 and Big Bags v 1.0.30
Is this code on github or somewhere else?

like the mod but
Re: [MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
I've gotten that error as well. It was working fine up until Sat Sept 14th. I went to deactivate some mods and this error popped up for Big Bags.

I see, i never got this error because i used the default walking speed. I checked the diff and will upload this to the mod portal. Thank you.jrob wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 12:04 am He has a clause in his license about abandonment and non-responsiveness on the forums so I don't feel bad about posting this. Okay apparently there seem to be a tech conflict with robot carry size, maybe i can find a solution for that later.

Hey got exactly the same problem as u stated and the first solution i did on my side:
go into BigBags.jar file -> then get urself the data.lua and scroll down until u see the Worker storage technology ... just delete it then load the new data.lua into the rar file and u got urself a working solution without an error
Re: [MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
mod is incompatible with Diesel Locomotive, it sets too high of a stack size.

Yeah i would like to fix that, but i dont know how to check if its needed, when another mods already adds worker stack size. I am not an real Modder, just a maintainer. If somebody can tell me how to fix this, without removing that worker capacity completely i would fix that.xHeadshotx3 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 10:46 am

Re: [MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
it would be as simple as putting both mods into one game.myricaulus wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 4:23 pmWell i have no clue, whats the problem there. Can you post the error log for this? I don't have that much time to analyze every incompatibility, sorry.
Re: [MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
Is there a list some place of possible mods that might not work with big bags?
thank you

Re: [MOD 0.13] Big Bags - more space in your bags
Well mods that add addtional "tiers" of worker-robots-storage or inventory-size are incompatible currently. Also mods that rely on the fact that any item has exactly a pre-defined stacksize. Other than that, i cannot imagine anything problematic.
