[Rseding] [0.18.1] Items spawning while unloading from train

So I discovered this one when I saw that items unloading from a train didn't reset the "Inactivity" wait condition. Turns out, inserters "take" items from the train, place it in a chest, but the items are not actually deduced from the train cargo, which basically means items are spawning. I tried to reproduce it from scratch but couldn't succeed, so here's the map and the screenshot of where it happens. To reproduce, send this train to the first train stop on the list.

Explanation of this setup: the filter inserters remove items whose amount isn't a multiple of 10, so the stack inserters (set to stack 10) don't get stuck with an item when inserting.
