Blurry Icons with Crystal Clear Game

Upgraded my monitor from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440 The game is sharper and crisper than ever before which is awesome, but the icons in the toolbelt and inventory do not match the quality of the game enviornment. The icons look out of focus.

I put down a box, some blue belts, and a blue inserter to compare to the icons.

Previously unnoticeable, but the difference is now very obvious with new monitor.

I guess your UI scale was automatically set to 120%, so icons are upscaled. Try to set it to 100% in the options if you are comfortable with that size.

Nevertheless, icons could be higher quality for large scale UI.

thanks for the tip about changing UI scale to 100% (it was 125 by default)

Thanks for the report - as the links say - this is known, the icons will get replaced with higher resolution versions at some point in the future.
