What did you do?
Open the character GUI (press e), right-click on a blueprint in the character's inventory, click on the delete (red trash) icon. I tried both right-clicking and left-clicking on the delete icon, same result.
What happened?
Nothing. The blueprint closed and returned to the character's inventory. It was not deleted.
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected the blueprint to be deleted. Instead, it remained in the inventory.

Thanks for the report however I can't reproduce. When I do that, it deletes it as expected.

Hello,
I have just duplicated this bug,
Whilst in the inventory screen of an assembling machine 3 making low density structures, if i right click a blueprint in my inventory and click delete, nothing happens and it returns to the assemblng machines inventory screen

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the save file
2. Left click on car
3. Right click on either of the blueprints, the deconstruction planner, or the upgrade planner
4. Left click on the destroy blueprint icon
Save attached. city1.zip
Note, the save has a dozen or so mods, but this bug can be reproduced in vanilla.
EDIT: Thank you lukethmole for helping to identify that you need something else open. Not sure if that is what I was doing before or not, but at least I can reproduce it now.

This also occurs for Upgrade Planners or Deconstruction Planners.
If you are inside the interface of any building/vehicle, such that you can access your inventory, if you right-click the Blueprint or Planner and then click the red Trash Can icon, the Blueprint or Planner in question will not delete.
You can open your character's inventory and delete the Blueprint or Planner normally. The bug occurs when accessing the Blueprint or Planner from within the interface of a building or vehicle.
