[0.17.79] Rocket silo does not stop working when the output is full
Every other machine in the game that has an item or fluid output will stop working when the output slot is full, but the rocket silo continues to create and launch rockets, wasting a lot of expensive resources.

See this thread -- it's not a bug, but intentional. 
A good mod deserves a good changelog. Here's a tutorial (WIP) about Factorio's way too strict changelog syntax!
