[0.18.22] Uranium processing occasionally doesn't produce a product

So I set up uranium processing with 5 centrifuges as shown in the attached screenshot. I was just sitting there to make sure it was all functioning properly and I noticed that sometimes only 4 uranium-235 would be put in the chest per cycle (without producing 238). This happened several times afterward (6-7ish in the span of 10 minutes) as well. The output inserters all still moved as if placing something on the belt but one would never make it to the chest.
