[0.18.28] Rocket silo power consumption

The rocket silo only consumes 258 kW instead of 4 MW without modules. Using modules also results in a very low consumption instead of what could be expected.
It must be a typo in the prototype file, but here is some screenshots in case it's something weird...
Second picture is with the Custom Modules mod (I originally thought this mod was causing the issue, it's not the case)

Sorry for the duplicate. I try to research a similar issue before posting, but I didn't find the report you linked, thanks for the quick answer !
