[0.18.36] Map generation GUI sliders broken

In the newest version the sliders in map generation GUI is broken. Its showing 17% when it should say 100%. If I slide them left sometimes percentage increase sometimes decrease. Same if I slide them right. Seems random what happens. This seems like a serious issue, because I cant seem to generate a rail world anymore without spawning next to a biter nest. When downgrading I dont seem to have this issue. I already have turned off my mods.
