[0.18.37] Crash when upgrading blueprint book with upgrade planner

I made an update planner to "upgrade" blue belts, splitters, and undergrounds to the red tier. I tried applying this to my belt balancer book but the entire game crashed. The book and upgrade planner strings, the log file, and save file are attached to this message.

As a side note, this is the first bug I have found in over 1800 hours of play going back to version 16. You guys rock!
