This seems to only apply to explosive rockets when I request them from the logistics network. I haven't' see this happen with any other item. If I request 1k explosive rockets, I get 800 from the system. If I ask for 800 explosive rockets I get 600 etc. One stack goes missing each time. I have about 120k of rockets in storage, so it's not a shortage! I waited for a long time to see if maybe the robots were just slow, but they never show up.
I checked the obvious stuff like the rockets I have outfitted on my spidertron (I use as a vehicle now), but they don't count towards the stacks anyway.
It might be related to how I am asking for rockets. I have a bunch in storage for other spidertrons that I send out to wipe out bases, but I move all of the explosive rockets to the trunk of my own spidertron so they don't take up space in my bag. It's after transferring all of the explosive rockets from my character to the spidertron trunk that triggers the logistics network that I wind up with one stack less.
(Version 1.0)
EDIT: The notes on the two images are backwards. There is one shot of the trunk, and the other is the mis-matched explosive rocket count.

Re: Logistic request for explosive rockets reaps 1 stack less than request
Do you have 200 in your characters weapons slot?
Re: Logistic request for explosive rockets reaps 1 stack less than request
I would bet it is the case. Moving to pending until proven otherwise.
