[1.1.21] Circuit wires do not have equal length for inserters

As the title states, the length of wire for the inserters is one tile off of the rest of the connectable entities. I dont know what else to state...

Tested without mods, this save has editor extensions so I dont need to build all the stuff manually...

I believe this is due to the smaller size of inserters compared to other entities.
