Losing metal whit furnances?

Post by DFOXpro_forum »

Describe the problem as best as you can

Code: Select all

What did you do?
Setup an array of (electric?)furnaces with belts and so on

Code: Select all

What happened?
Not all metal ores return as metal plates

Code: Select all

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
If I push a full container/wagon of ores I should expect a full container/wagon of metal, or more with productivity modules

Code: Select all

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
I start to notice when setting up "big" train - arrays smelting outpost

Code: Select all

If you can reproduce the issue provide the exact steps!
1) prepare a full container of metal ores
2) prepare a smelting array of your choose, ending in the same type of the origin container (in attached examples full Steel chest = 50*48 iron plates)
3) connect the full container with the array
4) wait while all the ores are smelted
5) count the output result (in attached examples => less than 50*26 iron plates)
- See attached images

Code: Select all

Be precise! When i click with the mouse on Quit in the main menu... Not: When I close the game.

Thanks for the report however you are getting what you're describing. The stack size of ore is 50. The stack size of the iron plates is 100. In the attached screenshot you can see you have 48 * 50 iron ore (2400 iron ore) and that made 25 * 100 + 82 iron plates (2582 iron plates) after the productivity modules applied.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
