Deport and network problem

This is my first post and my English is not super good so sorry in advance.

For the most part the mod has been running great but i have run into a wall that i get the error of no train to transprot "whatever material" to station in networks 0xff with length between 1 and 3 found in Depot.
This happens even through in the depot i have a couple trains with that length.
I'll post pics of provider, requester and depot.
Any help would be great as i have looked around and found no answer that made sense
