A bar that controls whole row of resources at once.

It's very annoying to click everything every time when I start a new world.

I mixed again “row” with “column” (some have left/right weakness, I have row/column weakness :lol:), so I posted first a question to Stringpop, if he didn’t mix row with column, until I recognized the sliders at the top. :D So I could merge it and changed the post. But meanwhile disentius’ posted, so it gets a little bit confusing. 8-) :roll:
Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.

I was going to suggest something like this, but searched first :-D
For vanilla games, it is not a lot of sliders, but some heavy mods makes this a decent size task.

Sorry to bump on this, but with the new QoL ideas featured in the previous FFF, I think this could be a good addition as well.

Copy/Paste Startup resource slider settings like we do with entities in game

TL;DR: Copy/Paste startup Resource slider settings the same way we copy/paste settings across machines in the game (ex: shift-right-click to copy the recipe from an assembler, and then using shift-left-click to paste it to other assemblers).
Why? Some modpacks have so, so, so many resources, and it makes it a lot easier to tune things when trying out a new modpack.

Seems like I would rather just learn the map string format and write code that decodes the string, then modify it and then re-encode it if there's that many sliders 8-) :lol:

Can this be considered for Factorio 2.1? I could stop spamming this if we'd get at least some negative feedback from the devs/mods about this suggestion.

You're wasting your time. Wube have made it pretty clear that unless it lines up with their exact vision of the game, they really couldn't care less about things like this. It's no different than their nerfing personal laser defenses into oblivion while simultaneously not even acknowledging the many many people who provided far superior alternatives that not only kept PLDs useful for their intended use but also addressed the exact issue Wube was trying to address with their nerf but in a better manner than Wube's nerf.
