According to international typesetting standards, there have to be spaces between numbers and units.
Factorio does not follow these rules.
Most notably, in the following strings:
Production statistics time frames (also m for minutes is not acceptable, it should be 'min'!)
Distance to be travelled
[Bilka] [2.0.6] Several instances of missing spaces between units and numbers
Re: [2.0.6] Several instances of missing spaces between units and numbers
Thanks for the report however I’m going to say we do not care about these and will be leaving them as is.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
Re: [2.0.6] Several instances of missing spaces between units and numbers
it looks very weird when some units do have spaces and some don't :-/
Re: [Bilka] [2.0.6] Several instances of missing spaces between units and numbers
The production statistics appear to be intentionally formatted like that. In particular, the m for minute is definitely to make the locale shorter, it was discussed before and I'm not going to revert that decision. But I'll fix g and kg and the km in the achievement descriptions.
