More Dynamic Display Panels

Display panels should be able to show the count of a signal being put into it via optional checkbox (something like "show count" on its conditions).

Additionally, I'd like a circuit connection for labs that outputs the current research, the progress, and estimated time remaining in ticks or something. Why? It'd be cool to sync up your base with things like that.
