Confirm button for constants not confirming

Regarding viewtopic.php?t=116339
The tooltip should be changed to say 'Confirm (Enter)' rather than 'Confirm (E)', pressing enter is the functionality that we're expecting and as we're typing in numbers it's a logical flow espacially on the numpad.
