[2.0.13] Update planned belts are now deconstruction planned

I set a bunch of yellow belts/under/splitters on my bus to update. Saved, exit and the next day theres a patch.(oct 31th)
Get back to my save and all updates are now set to delete.

_autosave1.zip is the one I'm reverting to.
_autosave2.zip is the one with the issue.

The supposed to be updated ones are on the main bus going north/south, between the low density structures and the copper wires.

Thanks for the report but i cannot reproduce anything that is described here. In the undo queue i can however see this one action suggesting that you did a misclick when sleecting correct selection tool.
