Map inventory-picker quality filter should update tooltips

When in the recipe picker or the inventory view on the map, there's a dropdown to filter by quality. Changing the filter should also update all of the corresponding tooltips on the items shown. Currently it always shows the normal rarity tooltip, and there's not an easy way to check the bonuses on an item you don't have handy.
