[lou] [2.0.14] Vehicle-like inventory slot filters not overwritten with forced pasting

Post by azaghal »

Description
Vehicle-like inventory slot filters are not overwritten when using forced/super-forced pasting on top of existing vehicle ghost entities.
Reproductions steps
  1. Place down a car ghost.
  2. Set any number of inventory slot filters on the placed car ghost.
  3. Create a blueprint with the car ghost.
  4. Clear all filters on the car ghost.
  5. Force-paste (SHIFT + Click) car blueprint from previous step on top of the car ghost.
  6. Open the car ghost "inventory", and observe the slot filters.
Expected results
  • In step 6, the slot filters on car ghost entity are identical to slot filters set in blueprint car entity.
Actual results
  • In step 6, there are no inventory slot filters set on the car ghost entity.
Additional information
This seems to happen with cars and tanks, whereas the cargo wagons behave correctly. I was not able to test it on spidertrons, because those do not seem to snap in the same way as cars or tanks when trying to paste/force-paste the blueprint.

While I have not tested the logistic requests (on modded cars/tanks), it could very well be that those are not pasted over either, but that is just a hunch.
