Expanded request groups

Tl Dr
Add request group option to be additive or max only, and implement recursive groups

Why
Request groups are great, but they can be better. Sometimes I want to have multiple groups active, but they have the same items listed. Often I don't want to carry total amount, but just the highest value from all gropus. Also, recursive groups would be great for simpler management

What
Add checkbox for request gropus which will dictate if items in this group will be added to total, or if the group will check if the listed amount is higher then all additive gropus, and picks the higher value.
Also, allow request groups to link other gropus within them. If there is a group "basics" and "military", other group would be able to reference those two groups, and request items from both.
