[raiguard] The Drive Remotely feature on locomotives allows multiple Remote View windows to open consecutively

While Drive Remotely is selected in the Remote View locomotive window, if Tab is then pressed, it seemingly opens a second Remote View window that functions independently from the first, allowing you to click Drive Remotely again. However, upon pressing Tab again in attempt to close the window, instead of exiting Remote View altogether, it merely closes the "second window", returning to the first Remote View, and once again states "Entered the vehicle" over the cursor.
This results in a "Remote View purgatory" where every Tab press to close the window instead switches over to a different Remote View, until Stop Driving is selected, after which you can close the window with Tab. The other buttons to close the window (Esc, E), do work as expected.

Steps to replicate:
1. Click a locomotive to open Remote View locomotive window
2. Click Drive remotely
3. Press Tab one or more times

This is actually intentional, though I don't like the double-remote feature, it is what I was told to implement.
