Please allow us to use constants in Parametrization

Right now it is possible to stick a parameter into a 'slot' that would normally allow a constant. BUT when you use the blueprint with the parametrization, there is no way to input a constant. It would be nice if that were allowed, and maybe even a checkbox when configuring the parameters to change the UI to the constant input (with field entry and sliding bar).
