[2.0.11] requester chest does not trash unrequested items

The highlited requester chest does not trash the unrequested iron polates.

This happened after placing a blueprint over the chest that changed the requests from iron plates to batteries.

As mentioned, bots won't deliver items, nor trash items, if the chest is disabled.

If its disabled the auto trash doesn't run, I don't consider this a bug
