[2.0.15] Crash upon alt tabbing

I alt tabbed upon the reception of a steam notification to see what my peer has sent to me, when Factorio abruptly halted. The sounds were still playing, but there wasn't any movement, then my game crashed. In summary, I received a message from a peer, and when I alt tabbed to that steam chat, the game crashed within a few seconds of being frozen.

I expected the game to continue to function upon alt tabbing back to the process, but it was evident that it wasn't displaying the intended behavior by abruptly crashing.

This is a very uncommon event. So far it has happened only twice to me, but I am unsure of other individuals.

The log does not show a crash.
