[0.11.11] Count logistics bots

When i want to see how many robots i have running or available. I look at a random logistics chest.

Chest looks like this without construction bots active;

Anyway don't think construction bots should be counted on chest what the logicis robots should do.
But it would be nice to see somewhere both the amount that you have in stock?

pictures where taken 1min apart, without making new bots,

The total amount avaiable robot count increased by 3k+ (construction bots that i summond to work on building things..)

You have 3K construction bots!?!?!?

I would also like to have such information about construction bots, but one problem I can see coming up is that bots from two different logistic networks could be summoned to work on the same building, if their build radius overlaps but the logistic radius does not touch. It could be hard to have an accurate count.

May i ask you what you are using 22k robots for? Doesn't your game lag? That's some crazy numbers

When using 20k robots my fps is about 10fps. Still playable. :) Picture was old. Got about 75.000 robots now.

I use no belts, no trains, got about 1300robopots on the map. All bots supply factory and get the ores at the mines.
Because there a a lot of them, mining goes fast too now :)


For the construction bots, in the beginning i used it to make wall and devices. Later i made templates for my factory, to expand.
But something i place the building wrong and i want to move it, including all requester / provider chest. So then i deconstruct 10factory's with 30FULL chest.
Then i need about 3k to 5k construction bots, to empty the chest to storage chests. Gives a reall fancy look when all those bots popout of the robopots.

Well this is not a bug, but a feature request. The game would have to separate the numbers for the calculations, and it is not worth the trouble now, so I'm moving it to not a bug.

beside the feature request.

then its normal if no construction bots are active, a result of 25.000 is there, and when active construction robots there counted in.

So only when 1 construction robot is actie, you see the raise, and other wise you don't see it.
Still looks like a bug, otherwise i would expect the 25.000 to be construnction and logics calculated at once, but only when 1 constrution bots is active, there counted in the calculations.

I believe kovarex is saying that it is a bug, but isn't worth the trouble to fix right now.
