high ups, low fps and low gpu usage

hello, im having big trouble playing the game.
it was running nicely and all, and after connecting a graphics card and reinstalling drivers it completely does not work anymore.
i tried everything, reinstalling windows, drivers, even crappy tutorials in youtube. even playing on linux!!!

i currently just have the cpu (ryzen 7 5600G) and returned the graphics card since it was borrowed to play with a friend.
i dont rlly know what to do at this point, it only happens with factorio, all the other programs seem to function fine, just that factorio does not use more than 30 percent max of the graphics card and runs like absolute crap when i zoom out.

ill try to submit as many information as much as i can, i dont know much about anything but ill try my best!!!

When you're having the issue, can you press F4, enable show-fps, show-time-usage, and show-gpu-time-usage, press F4 again, and then take a screenshot?
