How to generate concentric circles out of rails?

Posted this previously in "tools", but post got removed due to offtopic. Sorry in advance if I got the forum wrong again. Sorry #2 for my english.

The idea is to generate circles made of rails, with a given radius. I plan to make them concentric, that means each circle will be bigger than the previous, so I really want to automate this process.

Challenges:

- straight rails have to stand apart on a certain distance away from each other in order to be correctly connected with curved rails;

- there are several types of curved rails, and I wish all of them get utilized to get an optimally smoothed circle.

ChatGPT didn't help. Can you please advise on how to achieve this? I can somewhat understand the JSON file, it has pretty simple structure, but I'm not a developer and wish to learn how to write such script.
