[2.0.48] Dragging belt over underground backwards or splitter forwards reverses belt direction

[2.0.48] Dragging belt over underground backwards or splitter forwards reverses belt direction

while the change in direction has occured before, it only did so when dragging against the direction the belt was currently moving. with splitters it happens even when the direction is the same

This is fixed in 2.0.50.
