[2.0.49] yumako and jellynut techonogies in not unlocking

1. What did you do?
I traveled to Gleba (not for the first time), landed on its surface (for the first time), explored the terrain, and collected some Jellynut and Yumako.

2. What happened?
The associated recipes and technologies did not unlock after collecting these resources.

3. What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected that new recipes or technologies would unlock, showing how to use Geliore and Yumako.

4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
The issue happens consistently — I tried reloading older save files, but the bug reproduces every time.

Steps to reproduce:

Collect Geliore and Yumako.

Observe that the technologies related to them are not unlocked.

5. Attachments:
I attached the save in which this happened.

6. What can I do to unlock these technologies without waiting for a bugfix?

They did not. As soon as one is mined in the save all 3 technologies unlock.
