[2.0.54] Rail singnal cannot divide segments when merging diagonal and half-diagonal rail

1. Place rail merging a diagonal rail line into half diagonal one or vice versa:

2. The rail signal cannot divide segments if it is placed in the closest or next closest position on the merging rail. This also happens with elevated rail and with normal and chain signals.

3. Seperate the segments, like merging into/from a horizontal or vertical rail:

4. Happens every time when merging diagonal + half-diagonal, also when rotated or in elevated rail and for both normal and chain signals.
