input_action for /cheat

Please add defines.input_action for /cheat command usage. Or alternatively change "Allow Lua commands" in server configuration to affect /cheat usage.

What's the use-case? The command already requires you be an admin and works similarly to all of the other slash-commands admins can do (kick people, ban people, mute people).

I would like to have admins that are capable of banning griefers but not capable of cheating.

Irrelevant to the request, but if they can't be trusted with not cheating, then surely they can't be trusted with not abusing ban powers.

It's easier to detect and revert ban abuse. Reverting cheat usage requires shutting down the server and rolling back the save.

Oh, right. I always forget that the cheat command also researches all technologies. Then a permission (or some way) to control it is vital.

OK, I added it. I personally don't think you're ever going to have a good time just promoting randoms on the internet to admins but it doesn't harm anything to have the action for permissions to work with.
