TL;DR
Add the existing mechanic for filtering the inventory of vehicles to the Rocket inventory in Rocket silos to allow Low Density Structure and Rocket Fuel and Processing Units to be loaded.
What?
Change the inventory slots in the Rocket silo to be filterable, same as a tank or car or cargo wagon inventory.
Allow inserters to load rocket ingredients into inventory slots filtered to them.

Probably also add a tips and tricks simulation to demonstrate because otherwise there's no obvious sign of the change because the only GUI change for the end user is that now the inventory slots in the Rocket silo can be middle-clicked, and considering how many people still don't know that you can filter vehicle inventories...
Why?
Pretty much every person who's played Space Age has at some point yearned for a way to automatically load LDS and RF and PU into the rocket with inserters instead of bots.
I've seen other suggestions on how to do this but they all involve assorted shenanigans, such as "multiple different hitboxes for the silo".
There is a mod that does this but 1. it's a mod and 2. it also involves "multiple different hitboxes for the silo" because it adds entities you place next to the silo.

This would not change the default behavior of Rocket silos, nor does it change any existing silos in save files, so it doesn't break anyone's game or cause any surprises.
Well, not in vanilla, anyways. Maybe if there's a mod which does heavy scripting shenanigans with the rocket inventory besides adding or removing stacks of items then there might be issues there.
