[2.0.55] mod name under installed doesn't match the one under updates

The installed tab shows it localized, whilst the updates tab shows the raw mod name. (the two planet ones are sticking out like a sore thumb)

Thanks for the report. This is working correctly. The updates pan uses the mod title provided by the mod from the mod portal and does not allow the use of rich-text while in that display.

This GUI specifically disables rich text for mod titles so you know actually which mod is being updated and can match it with the mod portal and file on disk.
