Make Gleba science packs research remaining change with spoilage timer

It is not very obvious that closer to spoiled Agricultural science packs give less research value then newer science packs.

It is not explained in the Factoriopedia or Research tab for Agr science packs.

I think the tooltip should show you the actual value of the science pack, by decreasing the remaining amount of the science pack to reflect it's actual research value.

this would be a good place to actually make that tooltip update in real-time, as unlike a partially consumed research pack where only the 1 pack has partial charge while the rest of the stack still have full research value, spoilage progress is equal for the entire stack so the value shown on the tooltip would remain accurate.
