Fulgora and Vulcanus Planet Discovery Research Inaccessible

Been working my way through a Space Age save and just researched Gleba, however both Vulcanus and Fulgora are locked. Their options are greyed out at the bottom of the list and unable to be interacted with. Anyone else experience this issue?

Are you using any mods ? I had not this happened to me in vanilla game, which version are you using ? maybe something happened to your game, do you have a savegame ?

Yea it's not vanilla, plenty of mods, I'm thinking it was one of the extra planet mods. Unfortunately the changes stay after I uninstall the mods and reload. Assuming it was a mod, would there be a way to reverse these changes?

Could you be missing some of the early-game trigger techs? I started my space age from a 1.0 save and I remember having to manually craft some red science / iron plates to regain access to a few basic techs.

There seem to be some bad mods going around out there. But, when one installs random software from random people, that's going to happen.

NineNine - Unfortunately I think you're right, best I can figure is one of the planet mods I downloaded was mistakenly one that changed your starting planet and that was the culprit. Might be looking at a restart sadly... Strangest thing is the prototype explorer claimed nothing about Fulgora Planet Discovery had been changed.

Fixed it!!!! the consul commands were the way to go. Thank you for the help everyone, just saved me literally days of time invested.

After inspecting my mods, because this happened to me too, the mod that most likely causes this issue is the Tchekor Planet mod. it ads a new planet which combines vulcanus and fulgora. what i dont understand is, that if it really is the cause for the disablement of fulgora and vulcanus, you need to travel to vulcanus first to get to tchekor. the only way i could even get to tchekor was by using the planet hopper mod and enabling the possibility to go to a planet even if not traveled to yet. its just, because it all just doesnt match. I am happy tho that there is a fix, but just for informational purposes, if vulcanus and fulgora are disabled for you please check if you have the tchekor mod installed to really point out if it is the cause
