Display upgrade planner icons when used in blueprint book

When using a blueprint book in hand, one can switch between different blueprints stored inside, which also works for upgrade planners.

Unfortunately, this feature is not as helpful as it sounds, as it currently only displays the blueprint book icon when an upgrade planner is selected, so when a book contains multiple upgrade planners there is no way to see which one you have selected. To see what upgrade planner is currently selected you have to manually pick it out of the book, in which case you get the green square with icons.

My suggestion would be to display upgrade planners selected when holding a blueprint book the same way as the upgrade planner would normally be displayed instead of simply the blueprint book icon.
